Statement of Faith

1. We believe the Bible is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative written word of God..
2. We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three person: God the Father, God the Son, and God the HolySpirit.
3. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal future return to this earth in power and glory.
4. We believe in water baptism as an act of identification with Christ in His burial and resurrection to walk in the newness of life.
5. We believe in the Blessed Hope: the rapture of the Church at Christ's coming. 
6. We believe the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ.
7. We believe regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation.
8. We believe the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing of the human body in answer to believing prayer.
9. We believe the baptism in the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it.
10. We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life.
11. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting damnation. 
12. We believe in the tithe as acknowledgement, trust, and thanksgiving to God as our provider.  We believe a tenth of firstfruits belongs to the Lord.  This is the act of faith, thanksgiving, and obedience required by scripture to all believers.
13. We believe,adhere, and uphold that there is only one covenant of marriage designed by God, which is between a woman and a man according to the Holy Scriptures.  The differences of the woman and man compliment each other to make up the fullness of God's creating us in His image.  Adam was created in the full image of God then the woman was created from Adam's rib creating fullness when the two become one.   The complimentary design, expression, and blessing of marriage between woman and man in relationship to God can not be expressed otherwise.
